Your match is from 1978 right?
Back then wides and noballs were generally not included in the bowler's runs against scores.
See https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/22035256/influence-wides-no-balls-test-bowler-averages
Cricket Statz acknowledges this for pre-1984 matches when it does its match calculations for the innings score check screen.
If it is not affecting the scorecard then you can safely ignore it.
Do you mind sharing the link to a match report where this is happening so I can get a better understanding of the problem?

Unfortunately you have a private database so I can't view this. Any chance you could make it public for a moment?
Sure, the issue occurs on the backend tho in the match details sheet when bowling and batting runs are shown at the inning entree
