Hi Mark, Just trying to import our season schedule and have the umpires on the csv file, but it can't seem to match the name? Can you help? I've tried a few different names, and tried the Alias which i've shown in the picture. Thanks!

Do you have the player marked as an official by checking the "Official" check box in the player's record?
If you notice it again and have the time then we can try and sort it out. Post up if you see it again.
