In the meantime, you can sort of do the season strike rate for a single season by filtering the career report just for your current season.
I am not sure of the benefits of a "lowest strike rate" variant though - there will be plenty of people that have got a duck listed at the top and not much else. A duck is a 0 SR no matter how many balls were bowled.
