Balls faced have been added to the report.

Runs shown on the report have been changed from showing total runs to just runs where balls have been entered. [The behind-the-scenes calculation remains the same - runs where balls have been included/balls faced.]

The Min Runs filter now filters on the runs where balls have been entered (previously on total runs).

Fixed a bug where the public web site was not including the configured min runs filter.
