Can anyone share a link to a completed match in Cricket Australia's new PlayHQ system? I am looking for one to use as a test case for a match import function.
@Mark unsure if the live scoring has been finalised as yet. I have my first meeting in ninety minutes time where there are two representatives from each State, I'll know more after that. The meeting is around the whole PlayHQ including people management at club and association level, competition management and maybe live scoring.
Hi Mark, the earliest they will be ready for people/competition management will be the 2022 Darwin winter season, unsure if the livescore will be up and running by then.
We have been told we won't go live until season 2023/24 for Queensland Premier Cricket. I got my first look at the live scoring a couple of weeks ago and fired back 20 odd show stopper changes/additions needing to be made.
I am putting this on pause for a bit. Their scorecards have a lot missing - no indication of captains or keepers, no match result, no margin, etc. I will wait a bit for them to add this.
Yep, that was one of my findings on my scoring testing "Can’t see ability to designate captain or wicket keeper." along with "No ability to have an assist on a run out." and "No ability for team 2 to go past score of team 1 which is needed when DLS comes into play"
PS - the missing player in the above screenshot is because they had a ring-in player but didn't list their actual name. So I didn't bother mapping it via an alias. This is behaving as expected.
@davidblacktown We'll be well and truly ready by September. I plan to launch it soon. I just want to do a bit more testing with it first since it is bound to miss a few odd things.
The only exception is that PlayHQ scorecards are not showing keepers, captains, umpires, scorers, comp. points or win margins - so you will need to add these manually until the PlayHQ developers implement them on their scorecards.

I am still tidying up some things with the import so when you find any issues then please post them up in the issues forum. (Don't post them here)
However, most of it is working.
Aussies - This is a great way to keep your club/association history in one place since you can import from both MyCricket and PlayHQ plus you can enter historical matches and summary stats.
@Pat Culpan ?

We are definitely not going love from a Qld Cricket point of view until 2022/23
Thanks Pat. I may be jumping the gun by the sounds of things.
Let us know what the outcome is.

OK Looks like we wait a bit longer then. Thanks Pat
Ok so Peel Region have been told we will be the first to be rolled out for PlayHQ from June 2022
As soon as someone can link me a published match then i will be ready to write the import for it. Until then, we wait :)
OK we now have some matches in PlayHQ so I am commencing the development of the match import. So far, so good.

And it is not obvious who has won the match (no mention of the result). Anyway, I am sure it will get added over time.
Hi Mark i believe Sydney grade will go live with Play hq in this coming season regards Dave
Thanks Mark .
Appreciate the effort .
KInd regards
Dave
I have been doing work on the PlayHQ import function.
Just to prove that it is coming real soon... here is the result of a match import:

Looks good Mark any drama or should it migrate straight across
Kind regards Dave
It is just like a Mycricket import.

Ok thanks something to let them know to get it sorted before season starts
Good news! The PlayHQ import is now online.
