I just put this guide together:

Hi Paul,
Can you give me an example of a match ID you are trying? Also, can you post up the URL to the corresponding match on PlayHQ?
If you are getting a match not found error, then it is likely you are not using the correct match ID. Do not use the PlayHQ "Game ID" as it won't work. The match ID that the system is looking for is the last 8 letters/numbers after the /game-centre/ in the URL of the public fixture/scorecard page for the specific match. For example, the match ID for this following match is 7eacfa27 - https://www.playhq.com/cricket-australia/org/clarence-river-cricket-association/202223-clarence-river-cricket-association-summer-202223/saturday-senior-mixed-2nd-grade/game-centre/7eacfa27
