You can do this by setting the Photo URL field in the player record to point towards a photo that you have stored somewhere on the internet. In this example they have photos stored on their own cricket web site. There are plenty of photo sharing/storing services on the web - here is a list of 10 of them:
Hi Tim - I really need the URL to this report to be able to help. Can you please copy and paste the URL from the browser to here? Select the URL, right click and select COPY. Then Right-click in the message here and select PASTE.
This comes up with an "404 not found" error from Google suggesting that the URL is wrong.
So you need to fix this URL - did you type it in or copy and paste it? If you typed it then there is a very good chance it is because you typed the wrong thing in. Please copy and paste - you won't make errors when you do.
I want to help you master the copy and paste - do you need help with this?
Tim Carrington can I ask how you rectified your issue. I am also trying to link pictures stored in Google Photos and I am having the same problem you had.

I found this record after searching through the database.
The URL you have entered for the photo is:

You can also use the same procedure to copy the photo URL from Google Photos and then paste it into the player's Photo URL field.
I'm sorry I have tried everything you have suggested and it still comes up with the same issue. Not to worry, thanks for your help Mark.
Hi Tim - don't give up. It might be google not letting you show photos to the public without the appropriate settings.
Try one of the other listed services https://makeawebsitehub.com/free-photo-hosting/
I have done it. Many thanks Mark
