Hi. I have a player who was listed as a 12th man and I didn't end up removing him when I imported the match in the CS V11 program. I have since updated the match details to the Online and this individual has only played 1 game this season but his Player Report says 5.
I have gone through all the matches and cannot find him listed in the other 4 games to remove him.
Hoping you could have a look so I can work out how to resolve in the future.

By the way, that player report says he has played 1 match (not 5)?
Now he is showing as 7. Let me know when you want me to take a closer look.
He has only played the one game but yes the report says 7. I was playing with some match details and had the matches unapproved while looking for his name (have not found his name listed). I know the games he was listed in as an extra name but his name does not appear in the uploaded match details.
OK Can you give me an example match ID of a game that he was listed where he is not showing in the uploaded match details?

I will have to have a look at the CS11 match details when I get home and see how its listed in there and run a report against his name.
He is not actually listed as having played in that match.
Here are the matchID's where he is listed:
105372
105375
121181
126084
121400
129337
130955
So using match 105375 as the example.
If I go into the match report I see him listed as 12th and dnb.
If I log into admin and go to the match and untick the locked status and then go to details I can only see the 11 batsmen, not the 12th named person who I need to remove. See attached Images
I know what is happening now. When we imported from v11 it just took the 12th man as an extra batsman. Since you have your settings as 11 players per side then he is not showing in the innings editor.
Do you mind a quick experiment? Can you re-"save" that innings above and then re-run the match report and see if he drops off the batting list?
Yes, that appeared to work. Thanks for that
Great. You should be able to fix his entries up by just doing the same thing for the other matches/innings.
The alternative was to use the new build 11.4.20 of the software and re-publish.
Thanks for that. I did that to all of his matches last night.
