I have been adding dropped catches next to players' names while entering the match scorecards but I can't seem to find anywhere on the stats page for dropped catches. Is there no way to keep track of dropped catches?

Try the reports section in the admin panel - Most Dropped Catches report in the bowling section
And remember that there are a lot more reports available in the admin panel/reports section than there are on the public stats page.
