Yes -but if a players first bat or bowl is what gets recorded from both a match scorecard and a historical data entry regardless of whether it is there first ever match or not then it is consistent.

Thanks Mark - for Historical data I have been entering a players first bat or bowl as the 'on debut' performance. This makes it in line with the report data taken from a match scorecard.

The debut reports run to 400 entries. I guess that would work as long as the 400th score is above zero or 0/0. Does the data taken from match scorecards accept a DNB as the debut match?

Hi Mark - just to advise that it will not allow a blank entry for batting and bowling for a debut game as a historical data entry. The screen gives the 'oops' message. Could it be set to add DNB?

Thanks for that Mark - I will get hold of a couple of books and give it a go. If it does allow and go updated entry (for best batting or bowling) then nothing is going to appear in the debut report for that player and his previous best 'debut season' performance will no longer appear as the earlier date will take precedence. If that happens then that will indicate that it is working?

I have created the four teams the Club has. Each team competes in one graded division. There are 4 divisions. By mistake I had originally only made one team - the Club name. All reports just had the Club name for the last team. Originally in the teams link in the admin panel the Club name was listed as the team name and one of the four divisions was listed as the Div. Eg BPCA C Grade. I edited this one and created the three other teams. Every report when selecting all Div or a specific Div now lists the last team as BPCA C Grade which isn't the current case for all players. Will this alter as new match data is imported? If I use the Team filter of the newly created teams then nothing appears in a report. Is everything ok?

Before publishing from v11 to online do any new player names in the historical data need to be in the online data base or on publishing will they go into the player data base?

Before publishing do the player name formats in both v11 and online need to be the same? (still plugging away on the historical data import!)
