Added "Audit: MaxOvers not entered for all-out innings" report to the reports section of the admin panel.

It is designed to show single innings matches where the batting team is all-out but no MaxOvers entry has been added to the innings.

This only impacts Net Run Rate (NRR) calculations so if you aren't interested in NRR then you can ignore the report.
