hi, my club has not put in stats for 3-4 years and have tasked me with doing so,i have never done it before but i have pretty well got my head around importing from playhq but i cant figure out how to import from mycricket or playcricket from previous seasons

What is the specific problem you are having with the MyCricket importing?

I have very limited internet access for the next week, however importing from MyCricket remains unchanged as I have re-imported a couple of games recently. Get the match ID from the scorecard and import. Your only issue will be matching your existing players using the player alias so the import matches the player with the player in your database. The one and probably only benefit of PlayHQ is the player code number which hopefully is top multiple player registrations and the need for multiple aliases. Sing out if you need any more help, but I might not see your request until I'm back on Australian mainland on Wednesday.
Let me check in the morning if I can. It has gone midnight here in the middle of the Pacific. What club and season are you looking at to see if I can replicate your error?
It appears MyCricket has gone down as I'm getting the same Error code 0.
The website was fine just before Christmas but looks like something has happened since to MyC.
I've raised a ticket with them and also contacted them over social media.
It turns out, Im in the same predicament in terms of not adding last seasons stats to Cricket Statz. Are we best waiting to see what comes of the ticket from Cricket Australia?
