Year Filter on Matches page

Added a Matches By Officials report. Available in the admin panel/reports. Can be filtered by official. Shows umpires and scorers and their matches.

Added Top Bowling Strike Rate report and added Bowling SR to the complete summary report.

Improvements to the match import function has been made as follows: 1. Added a "Quick Add" link to every player that is not matched. This is a one click player record add function. This will significantly increase the speed at which new players can be added to the database. It will add their firstname, lastname and default club. 2. The "Assign Alias" link for players now automatically includes the player's last name in the search which will make finding existing players faster. 3. Added a "Re-try" link at the bottom for a one-click page reload If you find any issues with these new functions then please post up in the system issues section and we will jump right on them.
