Issues are investigated and fixed quickly, usually within 12 hours.
Where to post
Post your issue up in the Questions forum. The System Issues section of the forum is for recently solved system issues and it is read-only.
If you would like the system to do something that it does not do then please post it up in the Suggestions forum.
Try re-saving the innings
If it is a data issue relating to matches entered or imported some time ago then try re-saving the match & specific innings and see if it corrects the problem.
Search for a solution
Do a search of the forums using the search bar at the top to see if any other users have a similar post before you post a new issue.
Typical partnership issues caused by inaccurate data
If you are seeing partnership calculation problems then please be sure you are putting accurate entries on the scorecard. Common data entry errors that cause partnerships to be miscalculated include incorrect FOW entries, incorrect batting order, not having DNB players at the end of the batting line-up or not listing the score when a player retires (notout) in the retirement section.
If you have missing partnership data and it is causing problems with the calculations then tick the box for "Incomplete FOW". Partnerships for that innings will not be calculated and will be excluded from the partnership reports.
What to post
If you can't find your issue listed then:
Post up a title that gets to the point of the issue and is specific - please don't post up a "report broken" or similar as a title since it tells us, and others, very little about the issue
Post a detailed description of the problem - the more detail you can provide the better
If it is a report problem, be sure to include a URL link to the report in question. Click here for help on how to copy and paste the report URL.
Post up some screenshots - it helps immensely
Post one issue per thread so we can track it. Please avoid posting multiple issues in a single thread.
What not to post
There is little point in linking up the "Oops" error page since it contains no info that can help us. What is much more helpful is to let us know what you clicked to get the error page.
Importantly, do not post your login email or password in any forum post. If you are having problems logging in and need help then don't post in the forum but use the contact form instead.
Once it is solved
After the issue/problem is fixed we sometimes ask that you confirm that it is fixed. Please assist by responding. This helps us close off issues that have been solved. Please post up a new issue thread for any new issues that may arise (or if the old one hasn't been solved completely).
