The filters on the "Top All-Round" performance report don't seem to be working

The minimum runs have been sent to 5000 ( as per the title of the report), but that filter hasn't worked (see Podge Hughes at number 12). And the min overs is in the report title, but there is no option to add minimum overs as a filter (I could do with minimum wickets as well, but will add that in the relevant thread)
