@Mir Sami Ali I have gone ahead and stopped the CA import from importing a 3rd and 4th innings when the match type is T20 or 1 Innings. This will stop the super over results from being included in the player stats for future imports.
For your existing matches (where this is a problem) you have two options to fix them:
You can just delete the match and then re-import from CA or
You can go into the fixture, hit Save and it should delete innings 3 and 4.
Either option will work.
You will need to enter the Super Over results in the Match Comments so it is displayed on the match report.
I will wait to see what Adam is doing with these but if the runs and wickets don't count towards stats then the solution will be to stop the Cricket Archive importing the Super Over innings. You will just have to add the super over results to the comments.

Thanks for posting here.
I assume you imported this from Cricket Archive, correct?
Normally you can't enter a 2nd innings for a T20 match.
@Adam Morehouse How are you handling these matches?
