Please Read Before You Post an Issue

Edited: Jun 20

The System Issue section of the forum for posting errors/bugs that you encounter with the Cricket Statz system. It is usually an Oops message or incorrect data in a report.

If you are having troubles doing something and need help then please post up in the Questions forum instead.

If you would like the system to do something that it does not do then please post it up in the Suggestions forum.

If you are in any doubt then post in the Questions forum and we will move it should it turn out to be a suggestion or a system issue.

Before posting, please do a search of the forums using the search bar at the top to see if any other users have a similar post. Also, if it is a data issue relating to older matches then try re-saving the match/innings and see if it corrects the problem.

If you can't find your issue listed then:

1. Post up a detailed title that gets to the point of the issue and is specific - please don't post up a "report broken" or similar as a title since it tells us, and others, very little about the issue

2. Post a detailed description of the problem - the more detail you can provide the better

3. If it is a report problem, be sure to include a URL link to the report in question. Click here for help.

4. Post one problem per thread so we can track it. Please avoid posting multiple problems in a single thread.

There is no point in linking up the Oops error page since it contains no info that can help us. What is most helpful if you let us know what you clicked to get the error page.

One other thing - after the issue/problem is fixed we sometimes ask that you confirm that it is fixed. Please assist by responding. This helps us close off issues that have been solved.

We will lock responses to any problem once solved. Please post up a new issue thread for any new issues that may arise.

Commenting is off for this post.

I will try my best to explain this. It appears when players have been manually added via the MyCricket scoring app but have not been added via the registered players (?) they are listed on the MyCricket results page but without a hyperlink to there stats. I should add I have never used the scoring app but I found out that thats what happened in this case while trying to resolve it. So when the import runs everything imported except the players who were manually added and were listed in the bowling column. So they were listed/imported in the sides batting, just not the bowling. Attached is the import report showing only 3 of 7 bowlers imported (theses 3 were correctly selected players from the team list) and the bowling list from MyCricket for the match. As these are opposition players I cannot fix this in MyCricket and it might be an education thing so people who are using the app add players correctly but also for clubs to select the team fully before the match. At the end of the day our clubs players stats are entered, it's just the full match details are incomplete. MyCricket Match ID: 3230999 CricketStatz match report:

Hi Marc I have entered our MVP points into the batting and bowling scorecards alongside each batsman and bowler in our team for the first round of the 2019-20 season. The MVP report that I then ran for our database only seems to tally the points entered in our teams batting scorecard, not the bowling scorecard too. Am I doing something incorrect or is there an issue with the report? Cheers Mike

Fixed an issue where the free trial was saying that the subscription was expired after entering only 1 match. It will now correctly allow up to 15 matches per year to be entered.
