Ok this should now be fixed with PlayHQ importing again. The system is on a new server.
(It may take up to 45 mins for the new IP address to propagate so hang tight the login says that it is still under maintenance - it will eventually let you in)
Update: I have narrowed it down to a very recent change that PlayHQ made on their server/s to remove old TLS protocols (SSL). Unfortunately, the Cricket Statz comms server used slightly older protocols and these have been removed/disabled on the PlayHQ side. The only solution is an upgrade of our server.
As you can probably guess, this isn't a simple process.
I am starting work on it now - but it is a big task.
I will provide updates.
In the meantime, the PlayHQ match import is temporarily out of action.
I am on the case. I have narrowed it down to our server not wanting to open an SSL connection to PlayHQ. I suspect some of the other imports will also not work at the moment.
