The issue with PlayHQ (AUS) importing innings the wrong way around is continuing?
OK I got to the bottom of it. PlayHQ has removed the toss information from all scorecards, sometime very recently. I think this is accidental on their part. The system relied on that info to work out who batted first and this is why it had stopped importing properly when the away team batted first.
I have dug deeper and found a way around this and have coded it up. It should import properly again. Please try it.
Everyone - be sure to post up a new thread if you still find issues with the order in which the innings are imported.
Thank you all good now.
Actually, I might have a solution. Working on something now. Standby. Would you be available to try it out?
Ah that’s a different issue. This match will be a better example to look at 90ec8e3e
Yep. Is there a way once the match is imported into CS to swap the innings order?
Not at the moment. The best solution would be to get the toss info added to the PlayHQ scorecard - it will then work out who batted first properly.
But in any case I can look to adding a way to swap innings around - but it will take a couple of days to get implemented.
Can you let me know the PlayHQ id of the match?
I should add - there is no batter scores entered (just as an aside). So I am not sure how well it will import the details.
