Is anybody else having issues with importing games on the new playHQ program being used in NSW. I have finally found a game ID number but it will not import and says it doesnt recognise the game
Can you re-try posting the URL to the match scorecard? One that doesn't link to a page not found. I can then tell you the match ID you need to be using.
I just put this guide together: https://www.cricketstatz.com/support-forum/questions/how-to-find-the-correct-playhq-match-id
Want to share the ID with me and I will check it out for you?
Better still, can you post up the URL of the PlayHQ scorecard?
Should be gdsc-easts
You mean this, right?
https://www.playhq.com/cricket-australia/org/gds-easts-cricket-club/beff61d4
The gds-easts should be gdsc-easts
Hi Bret, I will try it another way.
Here is a recent PlayHQ scorecard for GDSC Easts:
https://www.playhq.com/cricket-australia/org/clarence-river-cricket-association/202223-clarence-river-cricket-association-summer-202223/saturday-senior-mixed-2nd-grade/game-centre/7eacfa27
The match ID is the last bunch of letters/numbers in the URL to the right of /game-centre/. In this case it is 7eacfa27
If you use that as the Match ID when importing then it will find the match successfully.
Be sure to be looking at the PlayHQ scorecard pages so you can find the correct Match ID.
We have had hundreds of successful match imports so I can confidently say the import will work fine when you have the right match ID.
@Bret Loveday How did you go?
