Players in team not appearing

Hello everyone, HELP! I have put two teams into the system but some are not appearing in the new system of entering a couple of letters to find them? Why would this be? The players are listed in the team - not sure what this new thing is supposed to do but it's really not good.

If you still have problems (after checking that the players are active and their current club is set correctly) then post up the player ID and the team name that they aren't appearing for and I will check for you.
