Hi Team, I would like to have a dummy account so that i can test Match Upload API without impacting the real account and matches data. Is it possible to have one for testing purpose ?? Thanks in advance.

I see you found the free trial sign up page. This should allow you to test the Match Upload API.
I should add you guys are are probably the first to use this new JSON format API - so post up if you find any issues or have any questions
