If not, please provide more detail on what you are doing? Which player ID is it that you are try to add? Are they not appearing in the drop down list on the team selection screen? Have you tried clicking "all clubs" at the bottom?

I can see that player is from Railway Union club. Is this your team's club?

Actually, I just noticed that player is not marked as active. This is why they cannot be put into a team. You need to reach out to @Paul Reynolds to get this sorted.
